Sasuke and Itachi reunion is imminent and there are multiple senerios that may occur:
1. Itachi uses a rare "Talk no justu" on sasuke that convinces sasuke to abandon his revenge on Konoha.
This is highly hoped for by the fans who want sasuke to return to his old ways although very unlikely because there wouldn't be a final fight between Naruto and Sasuke. (Boooo!!!)
2. Itachi uses "Talk no justu" on Sasuke, and He responds back with his patented "Ignore no justu" and ultimately walks away with a warped revenge driven ideal and Itachi continues to look for Kabuto as changing his little brother is a lost cause.
This could possibly be a senerio, however because of Sasuke's deep emotional troubles and insecuries I don't think he would be able to Ignore his brother so calmly, especially since Itachi is Sasuke's purpose for living... Warped of course!
3. Itachi and Sasuke meet and have a brief conversation. Sasuke in his (new to itachi) blood lust persona ignores Itachi's rationale and justifies a reason in his mind to fight/seal his brother (probably calling him a clone.. Or kabuto's edo pawn)
The good part about this senerio is... Suanno'o Fight B#%$@!!!
Bad part.. If Sasuke wins.. It would be hella posts on NB about sasuke being
better than Itachi ugh... And Sasuke wont be in the condition to fight Naruto after a brutal battle with an his prodigy brother. If Itachi wins.. He might try to force sasuke to return to the village or something like that and Sasuke's fate will once again be a mystery. (Also again.. NO Naruto v. Sasuke Fight to the death! Boooo!!!)
4. Itachi and Sasuke will pass right by each other without even knowing or itachi will purposely evade sasuke; Resulting in the two continuing their current missions without a reunion. Sasuke wanting to find Naruto for their battle, and Itachi wanting to find Kabuto to end the Edo and suppress the enemies' "fire power".
