Well duh they can, but not powerful fire style like I said. Uchiha fire style is so powerful that the jutsu burns even a biju skin upon contact. Hachibi's skin burned just by touching flame formation and chouji said that Madara/Obito's fire style would of burned them alive if not for naruto strengthening his cloak to save the alliance.
So even without the doujutsu itself the Uchiha clan have formidable jutsus that can kill the most elite shinobis out there, add that with their ocular power just makes them completely Op.

Uchiha style shurikenjutsu targets the blindspot of even the doujutsu user of a rinnegan (nagato), so that skill is no joke either.

:lol no it doesn't. All it does for you is increase your physical energy, look at Danzo. He had Hashi and Oro's chakra to increase his physical energy and his speed and strength never went up 5 times at all. That's all fanfic.
Hashirama had Sennin mode, that's why he had so much success over powerful Uchihas.
