What rank is Part 2 Sasuke that fought Yamato, Naruto, Sai, Sakura?

That's because,
That Sasuke could flew to avoid Gaara's large scale ground attacks and use full-body lightning jutsus to dispel sand grips...
He could impale Tsunade from quite a distance using Chidori spear...
He can fly to avoid Mei's lava and superior basic to kill her...

Gaara's sand covers a large area and there is no way sasuke can fly in that time to avoid that attack.

Chidori spear cant effect Tsunade because she even survived from a Madara's Susanoo swords and chidori spear is nothing for her.
BTW she is a sanin and she can defeat Hebi sasuke with low diff.

Madara who is thousand time more fast than sasuke , was not able to dodge Mei's lava jutsu and madara used susanoo to block that jutsu So sasuke has no way to dodge it.BTW Mei stomped MS sasuke(better form than Hebi sasuke)

Kirin needs a hell of a preparation time and it requires a Favourable weather condition.

Only reason by which sasuke was able to use kirin was because itachi had no intention to kill sasuke otherwise we all know that what would happen to sasuke if itachi was serious in that fight.

theyserve multiple purposes
1. prep for kirin
2. harm the opponent if possible
3. distract/ relocate if need/ keep opponent on toes

tsunade is to hard to kill and brute force she is above the raikage her ability to scramble the nervous system is underrated its a great fight due to sasuke have good knowledge of the human body but if she scrambles him it ok
