which was tested in real life and death sitchos similar to part 1 naruto

That Sasuke could flew to avoid Gaara's large scale ground attacks and use full-body lightning jutsus to dispel sand grips...
He could impale Tsunade from quite a distance using Chidori spear...
He can fly to avoid Mei's lava and superior basic to kill her...

Anyways, yes it's still a fight. Yamato just chose not to use his best ability and Naruto and Sasuke let their emotions get the better of them, which is why they lost the fight.

Hebi Sasuke is about atleast low-mid kage level for me; he beat Deidara, beats Tsunade and possibly 4th kazelage. He can push Kakuzu or Gai to difficulty, Mei vs Hebi Sasuke can go either way.
