What rank is Kimimaro? (Healthy)

I would say:

Low kage level (healthy), mid kage level (Potential), and high jonin level (sick). What do you think?

Daisy would say he is easily at high Jounin level when sick. From what little we've seen of him healthy and all he did when he was on his very deathbed, I could easily say he is at the BARE MINIMUM Low Kage in rank when he is healthy. I can consider and weakly debate him being Mid Kage level, but we have not seen enough of him and he didn't live enough to get a Shippuden power boost. And without that, he ranks with me as a SOLID Low Kage rank. Probably around Tsunade's level.
