What rank are the Jinchuuriki?

What rank would u say Han, Yugito, Roishi, Fuu, and Utakata are?

I say they are low-mid Kage level.

Also what about Yagura?

Low kage but most depend such as for garra who's mid kage and i'll say yagura's low kage just because he was controled by Obito
