no need for a power up,the only thing needed is less trolling from kishimoto just so he can let naruto use his power to its full extent(using his flashing speed all the time not occasionally one time per hour,and letting him use sensing abilties not shutting it half of the time each time an uchiha is around.
to put it simple if kishimoto quits undermining naruto and every other non uchiha character in the series,this manga will be saved and it will get better,otherwise it will continue on this shitty road.

1. Not an explanation of what you have interpreted of face of what you think is a Perfect Susaanoo

2. Not a thread explaining how EMS will deliver a Perfect Susaanoo in the future
