I think Kishi has ****ed the power scaling. Imo after the Sages powerups they should have been equal to Madara together instead of both oneshotting him.. Then Madara gets another powerup and he's even stronger. Now Kaguya topples that and Naruto and Sasuke so they need an even stronger powerup.. It just never ends..
