What I think they meant was that Danzo had Mokuton, but it was an incomplete technique. He couldn't control it properly when he had years to perfect it.

Sasuke already have izamai and izanagi which require sacrifice of a sharingan.Sasuke also know how to active edo tensi by observing Orichimaru in the current chapter and he also deactivate edo tensi by observing kabutomaru.Sasuke will summon the uchicha clan by using the eyes in obito base and the cultivated zetsu population by hashirama clone statue to make an edo tensi army.Shiuisu damage eye from danzo was taken out from Obito and the dna can be extracted from it to summon shiusu again.We will see sasuke with his edo uchiha army fighting the shinobi world soon
