what power lvl is edo madara at in dbz

guys about what power lvl can madara be up to in dbz? so is he either dragon ball power, dragon ball z power, or GT POWER(THIS IS DEFINETLY A NO, BUT LETS HEAR OPINIONS)
Or do you think he's not up to their lvl period.

Edo Madara = Kid Goku

To the people saying he is on Picallos level when he fought Raditz. He blew up the moon at the same level he fought Raditz.

I believe Picallo didn't even train to do that. Max Power Roshi was able to blow up the moon with full power Kamehameha in Dragon Ball and Picallo>>>>>Roshi.
