Rinnegan and Tenseigan are the best for the war; i guess I'll go with Tenseigan since it gives you chakra via chakra mode including flight, TSBs, and who knows what else.

Clearly Tenseigan. Gudo Dama negate Ninjutsu, and the chances of the majority of the army using Senjutsu are low. Extremely low. Then there's the fact that Tenseigan can cut the Moon in half in one go, meaning that it's AoE streches equal or beyond the length of the Moon.
