[Question] What persuaded the change of emoticons?

I don't see the problem, they seem to merge a lot more smoothly with the background(s) the forum has

Why is there a need for a thread or discussion over this issue, it is just a simple thing. And change for these little things is looking quite nice, gives NB a new look even in small aspects, try to embrace it. Good job Zise, looking forward to more things!
