Yeah, she's just going to become what Tsunade was when Jiraya, her, and Orochimaru went their seperate ways. The only difference is that she'll most likely stay within the village as the Leader of the Medical Unit. Probably will become Naruto's "Shizune" but other than that she can't be anything else. Probably a Jonin or an Anbu, but other than that: Nada.
