i see people think kabuto part 1 is in sharingan kakashi's level(not ms kakashi) because just jiraya said that ,but if you remember, jiraya said that although he didn't see kabuto's powers ,he found him beat tusonade so he guessed that he is in the same level with sharingna kakashi,it is like hashirama's saying that itachi is better than him ,he meant he better not stronger because simply he doesn't know any of itachi's powers

but the fact is that kabuto isn't even near to sharingan kakashi's level
i'll show you the power of both of them

sharingan kakashi was able to fight deva path(strongest path of leader of akatsuki)with rocket path and he was able to destroy rocket path,and was about to destroy deva path but rocket path protected him

if you will consider kabuto part 1 is in sharingan kakashi's level so you should consider jiraya is stronger than kisami,itachi,uchiha clan,and 7 sword men together ,so you should put jiraya in top 3 .(with your logic)

I'm going to assume you meant that kakashi can still win because he has over-powered jutsu's. Yes he does but that still doesn't take away the fact that Zabuza nearly killed him with a water prison. Also, Kabuto is a master at poisons and is a medical ninja so he knows his way around a body.

I'm not saying that Kabuto CAN beat Kakashi but there are reasons why people think he can. I'm just providing their side.

regardless the numbers of jutsus,kakashi has over power jutus on his side like sharingan with its skills,lighting elements but kabuto hasn't jutus in the same level with sharingan or even near

i don't know if manga said kakashi part 1 can use raiki only 4 times but in part 2 he uses it nearly freely ,he used it against kakazu about 6 times with sharingan unlocked for all time,earth ,water jutsus and he didn't show any tiring

whatever kakashi still can break this prison with rasingan
i don't care about character's opinions in manga ,that is their opinion in the story but i have mind and i can compare between them
if you will take everything which naruto's characters say seriously ,so you should consider jiraya stronger than itachi,kisami,uchiha clan,7 sword men together

kakashi isn't better than him in taijutus only ,he is better than kabuto in nearly all ninja skills(ninjutsu,taijutsu,ginjutsu,speed,strength,smartness,hand signs)
