[Question] What one piece episode is chapter 71?

I've read 70 chapters and I am thinking of watching anime now, so how what episode is chapter-70 where Nami is reveled to be an Arlong pirate by her foster sister to Ussop? Also does the anime changes things or follows the story line properly?

The anime is slow paced, they do a chapter an episode formula.
I suggest reading the manga when it comes to build ups then watching the anime for the big fights or when things start to get spicy.

Dude I watched one piece in like 6th and 7th grade and got like a little after ace is introduced and like chopper, and I then got pretty inconsistent with watching to the point where I stopped watching.

What I'm getting at is that is so early in the story from what Ive heard of like apparently there's a time skip, some shit w "hakke" and now im seeing some "gear 4th" shit where luffy expands. You're better off reading all those chapters. I'd reread naruto in its entirety so I mean 700 chapters of reading isn't HORRIBLE lol so I'd go for like 700 chapters, (or just all of them to be up to date w the manga) thenwatch the anime from there. I've heavily considered reading one piece

Watch from Episode 31 but if you want to continue reading manga then you can read the official colored Manga rather than Black and White.

Episode 31 and the anime follows the manga nicely in terms of story. I would recommend watching the anime till the TS and then switch over to the manga (that's what I did). The anime is better when you binge watch it.
