may not be the GOD nor Strongest but Fastest i may say. but aside from that anything unique about minato, is it blood line, child prophecy, genius, or just pure raw power? just thingking?

Very few shinobi like Minato come into existence. This in itself makes him unique and worthy of praise. Call me a fanboy if you want, but Minato is easily one of the strongest shinobi to ever live.

His speed (mainly FTG, but I guess raw speed too) can't be matched.
His ability to develop, use, and improve jutsus (Rasengan, Tobirama's S/T Jutsu).
His personality and care for all people is one of his best qualities imo.

The sum of all this makes him pretty unique I would think, and also is what got him the Hokage position.
