Sasuke's blaze release is nothing but casting amaterasu with the left eye and using the right eye to manipulate its flames, as noted by Shee during the 5-kage summit

But when he uses blaze release in huge amounts, his left eye doesn't bleed at all

You know what, when Sasuke got the EMS, I thought that his eye won't bleed anymore when he uses amaterasu.. however, it bled during fight with Kabuto..
Moreover, Edo-Itachi's eye also bled when he used amaterasu against Nagato

So I inferred that it's strain on the eye that causes bleeding, and not the mangeko sharingan level. But if that's the case, then blaze release should also put strain on his eye causing him to bleed..
