The Shonen Magazine in which FT Ch. 381 is published is a combined issue of no. 21 & no. 22 (to be on sale in Japan on 23/4), which means that there will be a break in the following week (30/4) with no publication of the Magazine. The issue no. 23 of the Magazine should be on sale in Japan on 7 May. The scanlation of Ch. 382 will probably come out on 1 May then.....

....there was a time when the scanlator got the new chapter even it was supposed to be a week’s break. But if it happens again for ch. 382, it would just mean that you need to wait for 2 weeks for ch. 383 to come out instead.
