Yea he lost to Sasuke, called a genius when a genin that was already basically a chuunin being able to use Sharingan and Fire Style Jutsu, Naruto, a jinchuriki who could spam Shadow Clones, Sakura for guarding, and Kakashi, the Sharingan warrior who copied over 1000 jutsu.
