What ninja is the most proficient at Ninjutsu

I would have to give it to the third hokage or Kakashi.

Hiruzen was said to know every tech of the leaf village.

Kakashi is recognized as the copy ninja who knows 1000 techs.

Opinions?

Edit: wow I hadn't even thought of Orochimaru.

Not at all. I was thinking maybe some Senju could be very good at ninjutsu. Madara and the first Hokage certainly know many jutsu.

Also you can't forget about the other villages.

Eh, they just have crazy chakra and OP techniques, i'd say Oro & Hiruzen have a much bigger understanding and mastery of jutsu.

Well, look at it this way:

Orochimaru, Kakashi and Hiruzen are all hyped to know a ton of jutsus.

Knowledge wise, they are #1.

However, Itachi Uchiha and Madara have the sharingan so they could simply copy all of their jutsus.

What the first 3 Jutsu masters lack is unique abilities which cannot be copied. The three can't copy Tsukuyomi, Amaterasu or Susanoo.

Madara's sharingan and his stamina which is leagues above of the three make him the master of ninjutsu.

I dont understand how the hell you got that from this thread but okay.

I would say Orochimaru due to it being stated he knew like 10x the number of jutsu Kakashi did so thats like 10,000 lol

So, Hiruzen by far...
But Oro/Kakashi/Kakuzu/Madara/Tobirama/Kisame/Itachi/Sasuke...etc.
