For Sakura water and earth ' even though she is a yin element
Actually yin and yang will suit her well, and water is probably a given

lee should have fire or wind...i like the sound of lee with a blaze kick, and wind because he could move faster and his taijutsu would have a lot more force behind it, and he would have nun chucks



neji should have lightning or water or fire, i can picture him with all 3 and he should just use daggers and a wood staff as hard as emma



choji gets earth and he would have a mace or hammer



sakura gets earth and would have just a kunai lol, i dnt knw what would make her look cool...



hinata would have wind, and she would have dual katana's

They should not get elemental stuff tbh, their jutsu are unique anyway.

But as far as weapons goes:
The staff his father had to Chouji.
Nunchuks or Bo staff for Lee.
Naginata for Sakura (like she had at the cover off 616)
Kusarigama or fire and wind wheels for Tenten.

Sakura Earth I think she would MOST LIKELY HAVE IT. Water also (Suits Her) but it wont be any OP jutsus

I don't think weapons will do her any justice because of her strength and chakra scalpel . However an axe for her would be bad ass lol
