What Naruto lacks

is Physical agility, swordsmanship, and base speed as far as I can tell.

and the advantage of having an eye that read moves, see, copy and react in superspeed.

not having the eye is understandable, thats sasukes advantage - naruto has kyuubi, However I wish Naruto had more agility in base mode, experience in using swords and impressive speed. (gai or lee coulve probably helped him with that)

if he had that, I think no one could belittle him, not even sasukefappers, infact I think this is one of the reasons there are so many sasuke fans, it makes naruto look just a tad lame in his base.

Before you start bashing, i think you should read my other posts, I dislike sasuke and his overfappers, ive always wanted Naruto to prevail. However this issue needed to be adressed truthfully and perhaps hear different takes on it!

Another point is, Im hoping Naruto has Honed those baser Skills by now, would love to see him put up a good fight in base mode. But I think kishi is a lil bish when it comes to that

lol. Sasuke got from the top of madara's statue to hashirama's statue in the same time naruto used to jump that distance from the ground in the mangascan. the chidori proves nothing. Sasuke wasted time there really.

Actually Naruto can easily fight Sharingan users in his base form because his athletic ability gives him the edge in taijutsu. Sasuke had his Rinnegan and Sharingan activated yet Naruto reacted with no problem

example, it wouldve been nice if we saw him train with Bee in kenjutsu, and open up the first gate "like kakashi" after training with gai a bit etc.. that would tell us his a real badass in base too

I guess Kishi didn't want Naruto to be good with everything just because he's the MC. Even then, I cannot imagine him fighting with a sword.

yeah, all true but...still it has not been presented nor proclaimed properly by kishi, like i said, going toe to toe is different than actually displaying impressive speed in base, we can assume it means naruto is as fast, but it would still remain an assumption imo until it has been remarked as such, because we do not know if sasuke at moment was focused on speed or power.

Lol. Sasuke's left eye was closed and Naruto was using clones. Sasuke had a huge blind spot. So of course naruto keeping up with him was easy.
