2.) Kakashi

3.) Kiba

4.) Shino

5.) Kankuro

6.) That Rubber dude who helped Naruto

7.) A

8.) Onoki

9.) Tsunade

10.) Killer Bee

I think you could add a few more to the list. Chouza. Umm. Maybe even sai or shikamaru got pretty close too. Also I was feeling that maybe ten ten whilst using the banana fan. Lol other than that I agree.

Agree with your list except for Bee, enough with A's death...i would have added Sasuke and Ten Ten
