What Naruto characters are faster than 8 gates Guy?

8 gates Guy was going so fast Madara couldn't even move in his Juubi Jin form. While Sasuke was able to keep up with him later via teleportation, that was just that, teleportation, not actual movement speed.

Guy moved so fast he even bent space itself, I didn't see Kaguya or Naruto do that during their fight, 8 gates simply has unparalleled speed feats.

8th gates has 10x faster everything. from body flicker to reaction speed. The dude is so fast that he bends space (imagine the gravitational force for that and the speed in order to reach that amount of force) FTG is instantenous sure but Guy's speed is 10x faster (as stated, once you've opened up the 8th gate, it'll give you 10x more power than of those kages)

teleportation can't be measured in speed, and cannot be transformed into force either. Guy can move so fast his physical force bent space and basically had Madara so out-sped he was like motionless to Gai's perception. Teleporting cannot do that.

In terms of foot speed, I think no one really stands equal to 8 Gates Gai. The closest I'd consider would be RSM Naruto and Kaguya. But if distance covering ability is concerned, then Sasuke is faster due to Ameno if loaded. Minato with FTG is as fast as Sasuke but since FTG requires prep I'll comfortably remove Minato from the equation.
