Definitely Pain's, sometimes I just listen to it over and over again. It's so evil and dramatic. Also, Tobi said he was Madara to it:
"Sharingan no hontou no chikara ga...kono Uchiha Madara no chikara ga!"
Or in English: "The true power of the Sharingan...it belongs to me; MADARA UCHIHA!"
