Here's mine...

Minato

-Nerf his teleport chakra dash a little, make it consume double chakra.
- BM Rasengan ultimate
- A seal that could teleport an incoming TBB away, perhaps at the cost of half a chakra bar
- Frog summon jutsu tilt

Tobirama

- Give him his own slightly nerfed Hiraishin teleport
- Hiraishin-bukijutsu tilt or ultimate
- Water wall blocking animation


Madara

-Uchiha reflection reversal
-Wood dragon awakened jutsu
- Perfect Susano awakening with sword slash jutsu (Imagine this vs juubi)

Give Deidara an actual moveset so I can use him online without having to resort to Kunai mashing because his melee is weak as shit.

Every member of the rookies could have a new finish. Kiba can have his transformation with Akamaru and Shino can have some supreme insect.

Jugo needs a new outfit and his updated curse mark special (Kage Summit)

Not expecting many updates though.

Fix Kiba's melee so you don't get subbed in front of him, and so that even if you sub behind him he can't turn around and keep hitting you. I like using Kiba because I've always liked Kiba since part 1, but I get too much hate mail for using him online.

Include C0 and/or C4 in the game, though it's already been like four games so I doubt it.

Put an extra combo set in for everybody. They subtracted one last game. The game is already simple, don't take out more variety.
