I don't know who that is but that image doesn't add up with Ikimoto's version of team Konohamaru so it's only logical (for me anyways) that Masashi Kishimoto is far from done with this manga/anime that brought him millions..

No matter what he says in interviews, he's not done with his muti-million dollar concept of ninja... Just as Akira Toriyama wasn't done with DBZ after 20 years..
