Well, as far as i think Just as naruto suffered in his young age because of Kurama's chakra , is Boruto going to suffer the same because of "Those Blue eyes"? What really Momo predicted?
Is Momo coming back in the story as one of the villian?
Is Kawaki related to Momo?
One thing is for sure that Kawaki got that similar mark on his hand . This means he must have defeated an ostutsaki just as boruto did.

btw Momoshiki saw something before, maybe after death he could see it clearer. Even from the start of the conversation he was serious so i doubt he would be bluffing

That could mean taking away his friends, family,etc or it'll take away what made him "normal". Momo did say those who defeats gods won't be an ordinary person anymore. I do think momo will show up sooner or later, but as a villain again? I'm not sure. Kawaki definitely got his power from an otsutsuki, Idk if he defeated one or is working for an otsutsuki though.

Like Next said above, I can only see something happening where he has to leave the Village or something, because he isn't safe to be around. I dunno for sure though, it is pretty vague.
