What moment in the manga did your favorite character disappoint you the most?

I haven't seen a thread like this on here before, so I figured it'd be a good question to ask. It can be a disappointment for any reason. Whether it's them saying something completely stupid, to getting their ass whipped, to anything.

Personally, for me(as Kakashi is my favorite character) it's undoubtedly his encounter with Orochimaru during the chuunin exams.

Whilst i could understand itachi's reason for intentionally using tsukuyomi on sasuke, i did disapprove of it
