I think Naruto's statement earlier of them both dying if they fight will come true. Naruto will somehow dodge or equalize that chidori and they'll be both completely exhausted and unable to do anything more. Sakura will then come and have the foreshadowed internal conflict of which one she'd heal first if they were both injured, so she'll prolly do a shadow clone jutsu or something to get them at the same time. Then they will all have a moment and Sasuke and Naruto will agree on one term by putting their idea of peace together. I think for the movie, they will both go on their own for a bit maybe together to train so people aren't like how the hell did they get so strong for the final movie.
