the anime is now caught up to manga 672....
watch the anime first and when your done, read the manga... thats what i did

Reading the Manga is so long. I actually started losing interest more. If you are up for it, you should read. Filler's are in the Anime, I assume. One of the reasons why I read the Manga. Besides, Anime get things wrong.

You should read the manga after you have caught up with the anime

Then enjoy each episode knowing what is going to happen but even then you get excited to see certain new characters in colour and how they sound. You know? xd
