To tell you my opinion:
1)If Sasuke CT had no weakness it would attract Naruto and the others who were near the beasts. Naruto got away from Kurama and wasn't caught in it. Why did Sasuke used Genjutsu on the beasts? Because he needed to paralyse them to work. If he didn't they would escape.
2)Do you think that Sasuke will have the luxury to perform CT against Limbo? A jutsu faster than Kamui... I do doubt that. Also CT needs time is not instant. Limbo won't stay there and wait for Sasuke...Not to mention that it's not only one Limbo but also others and the originals that he has to fight. Naruto to seal completely a Limbo clone needed 3 Gudoma and a sealing rasenshuriken and Sasuke's chidori so as to paralyse the clone.

1) Because that was the largest thing easily present that time. It doesn't mean he cannot demolish larger objects. Hashirama was able to stop PS slash by using a golem to stop the blade via sides. This is how you can stop a blade in real life too. If it hadn't been stopped in that manner, Hashi's golem would have been easily destroyed. Sasky's susano blade couldn't even get past Naruto's tail Lol... and you're comparing it with Madara's which hashi had to avoid taking a direct blow from.

2) Madara doesn't have chidori. Lol. Or rather doesn't need it. And your point is irrelevant here. The core theme of this Naruto vs Sasuke rivalry is basically darkness vs lightness (expressed in the colour of their susano/bijuu avatar)/ bad vs good/ chidori vs rasengan. Basically everything is opposite with the two. This wasn't one of the themes between hashi vs madara saga. Kishimoto decided he'd keep this chidori vs rasengan constant, which means it will still happen even if they're in their susano / bijuu avatar, just like in all of their fights. It's not like Madara isn't able to use chidori with PS, if he had known the tech that is.

3) Sasky's 9 bijuu chakra infused susano is still at the same size. The only difference is it harbours more chakra than b4, allowing sasky to create indra's arrow, since his prior version was incapable. And yet it couldn't defeat Naruto's 2 large Bijuu rasenshuriken. Indra's arrow may seem impressive, but when you think about it, it isn't.
