Hardly plays a major role in the manga despite the fact that it played a vital part in the War Arc and is a useful ability that Hashirama possessed as well. Whatever floats your boat.
Actually, each of those techniques were integrated very well into their arsenal and proved useful against very high leveled ninja. I think most would agree when we say that Naruto and Sasuke learning these high level techniques at a young age is impressive.
But I agree, Sakura did become a copy of Tsunade, but that doesn't deem it any less impressive. Remember, Tsunade's Medical Ninjutsu prior to using Byakugou's Full Potential earned her reputation of being one of the Legendary Sannin. Age makes a difference as with age comes experience. Due to Sakura's age, she was less likely to have tapped into her potential and had less experience, yet she mastered Tsunade's ability in just a few years. Given that, she has far more potential and can achieve more than Tsunade ever could, but unfortunately, Kishimoto didn't do a good job showing that.
Yeah, but imagine the fact that there would be significantly more casualties had she not provided the ninja any protection at all.
Yet Medical Ninjutsu saved your fave's life?
C'mon, let's not be in denial here.
