In Narutoverse being in medical doesn't take much as it does in real life. All those feats you listed are hardly impressive to the naked eye.

If Medical Ninjutsu didn't require effort, then I wonder why Tsunade managed to create Medical Ninjutsu as opposed to someone like Tobirama or Hiruzen who certainly were geniuses in terms of ninjutsu.
