What makes Naruto and Sasuke equals?

This not a thread saying how both of them are equals, this is a thread saying what WOULD make them equals.

Like right now Naruto > Sasuke he has damn Sage/Kyuubi fusion. Sasuke has no chance except Perfect Susano'o and spamming Amterasu. Unless he's going to get help with Jugo for natural energy.

If you take away Fusion, and give Sasuke perfect Susano'o (Like Madara's) it would be equal to me, because Naruto has Kurama's chakra body thing which = Susano'o.

Give sasuke the rinnegan and then he could most likely stand a chance against naruto. His susanoo can't tank TBB's because it doesn't have feats of tanking attacks of that magnitude... Plus it doesn't even look like he has PS yet although he's very close to attaining it.

If there is such a panel out there, then my mistake. However, Madara's Susano'o is still a God compared to Sasuke's until Sasuke starts casually mountain busting everything around him. (And no, cutting a tree stump doesn't count)

The Susanoo he has coating Naruto has the streamline armor scales and the nose of a stabilized perfect Susanoo. It doesn't need to be explicitly said, it simply has all the blatant characteristics saying it is. On top of that, he isn't even covered in Naruto's chakra cloak

All he did was cut a big tree stump. It's epic, but it's nothing but a mere shadow of Madara. Even Orochimaru said Sasuke is not superior than Madara yet. (Even though he will be eventually)

So quit acting like Sasuke's Susano'o is on even ground with Madara's when it's manga fact that it isn't.
