Maybe he looks liek that cuz it is just the yin or yang chakra( i don't remember) that is sealed in him

It's likely that Kurama regenerated his other half of his chakra, seeing that he can mold chakra.

because the SO6P chakra is inside the nine tails fox i belive thesage knew that naruto is the savior and he knew kurama will be sealed inside of him that y the sage seales his chakra in naruto that y naruto look like the sage so much

that's because minato sealed the yang chakra(physical energy) of kurama only inside naruto,so if naruto wanted to use kurama's power he has to mix kurama's physical energy with his own spiritual energy to form the KCM or BM,unlike bee who has the whole bijuu inside him,he uses the physical and spiritual energy of his beast transforming into the beast itself in the process.

Only half of kurama's power was fused to him, + he have the sage mode so it kinda mix for naruto's outfit.
