What makes Minato fast.

Everyone is saying that FTG isn't speed, its just teleporting, thus not making Minato fast.

Did everyone forget this ?

Im pretty sure what makes Minato the fastest shinobi alive isn't just his ST.
Its his reaction time, this was quite literally less then half a second reaction, to be able to warp to a kunai AND create a Rasengan at the exact same time, within less then half a second and focusing on tobi's movements at the same time.

And who says he isn't fast with his base speed? Im pretty sure he had some type of swift release to be able to be called ' The fastest shinobi alive ' seeing as theres plenty of other people with S/T that surpasses Minato's.

People on the NB just degrade Minato because theres lots of stupid fanboys out there that overrate him. Stop being blind and see WHY Minato was referred to Kakashi as unsurpassable by anyone other then Naruto.

While i Agree raikage is faster in term of "foot speed" as they call it.

But even if minato was faster, Why would he not dodged with FTG?, Why would he slow himself down and dodge like a normal person when he has an instant Teleport tech to counter with?.

Minato has the best reflexes of any character naturally. Him and A's reflexes are similar when A's in Raiton Armor. Also, Minato's speed w/o FTG is shown to best pretty much any other upper-tier character.
