On a more serious note, it takes caring and compassion to be a good man, or person for that matter.
No, being a man does not mean you have to be bigger, stronger, or louder than anyone else. I've met men with nothing going for them, but they were 10x better than a stereotypical "Real man".
Quite frankly, all that really matters when it's all said and done, is what people think of you. You won't be taking your job to the grave, or your muscles, or your "Manliness". But your name goes with you.
What makes a real person is what your name means to other people. When they see that name, what will they think?
