Just viz chapter 698, I found it ON NB a moment ago.
Except he actually achieved cooperation with all of the other villages as the past Gokage's are still hanging out, Temari pointed out that the world is too peaceful, and greatfully the new Kage's of the world are ready to discuss the topic Naruto had in store for them.
If anything he is making progress, that is his character. Unlike Sasuke who tried to find an easy fix to an unsolvable answer, Naruto knows there are no shortcuts in this world. Which ultimately describes the difference between their characters. Sasuke was handed everything to him, Naruto had to train constantly to get to where he was now.
Same applies to his meaning of "stability". Naruto said to Obito "There are no shorcuts to becoming Hokage" -- Same applies to this understanding. It will take time to find an answer, if there is one.

Using clones to operate and learn the technique faster is a shortcut when he still had to spend countless days trying to form a single fuuton:Rasengan, or using oil to speed up the process?
Inevitability he had to train for each ability nevertheless. In fact, the clones taxed him even more releasing the Kyuubi chakra, and the SM training could of killed him.
Yet, Sasuke with MS just popped these abilities out of his ass. lol
If you think Sasuke trained more than Naruto to get where he was, then may God help you too U_U

I like Naruto's character. His character is by and far away the best in the manga. The sheer lengths he goes to save even the most brutal of men with such a kind and unassuming manner(given they are fighting)is an inspiration to all of us, and the key to an utopic world. Naruto is not only the GOAT of characters in Naruto, but the GOAT of characters in all of manga! He is so influential to boot, as the very mention of his name makes my gooch itch more than a thousand chicken pox victims itch together, which leads to me changing my underwear on such a regular basis. This is a good thing, as it makes me wash my undies more frequently, which leads to better hygiene and a slightly lower chance of getting serious diseases like STDs. All hail Naruto!

What????i like naruto for his personality.
he's a true role model, he acts exactly like a human being should.
he fights for his goals, he shares love to EVERYONE, he's a hero
he's loyal, a bit too naive, kind, generous, and all of that which makes a human a good human.

That was a bad read. Completely one sided, and it's funny that you mention Naruto's backstory is bad when almost everything is RELATED to his backstory/story.
