I think it's because Kishi has a tendency to write his character in such an open ended way. Especially now that the manga ended. We don't really know what sasuke has been doing over the years other than the fact that he had a daughter and became nomad. At least that's what it is for me.Seriously.. we barely get Naruto topics. Even if we do get Naruto topics it turn into a Sasuke discussion?
What make Sasuke more interesting than every other character?
True, but even before chapter 700 Sasuke was the most talked about character.I think it's because Kishi has a tendency to write his character in such an open ended way. Especially now that the manga ended. We don't really know what sasuke has been doing over the years other than the fact that he had a daughter and became nomad. At least that's what it is for me.
I feel like we got closure with naruto. We know he reached his life long dream and that he has a family, and naruto is naruto, there's not much else that can change for him. Where on the other hand Sasuke is still pretty shrouded in mystery. The manga literally ended at a turning point his life. There's no real closure for him, which is the only thing I hated about chapter 700. We got one panel of one of the most vital characters in the manga other than naruto and none of us had really any idea what the heck he was doing or how his character has changed a matured. We don't even know if he ever got his prosthetic arm yet.

We should get some answers about Sasuke has been doing between chapter 699 and 700 soon enough.
