What made you watch anime?

How did you start watching anime?

Me: My brother use to watch Naruto on CartoonNetwork. He told me it was good, but I wasn't really too interested. I finally watched one episode and loved it. Afterward I started watching Bleach, then other anime like, Black Butler, Black Blood Brothers, Bamboo Blade, Fullmetal Alchemist (brotherhood)...I apparently like the letter 'B'

Along time ago, I didnt watch much TV when I was a kid, and when I did, I was used to the american cartoons. I saw the DBZ was on ( didnt really know what it was at the time.) and I hated it cuz they had HUGE eyes, Big mouths, Huge ears, and Huge hair. I was like, "What the heck is up with these drawings?" But as I kept watching itm the action was really awesome. American cartoons dont have the same quality in them like anime.

And then I started watching Monster Rancher, Digimon, Pokemon, and then thats how I started.
Although I was NEVER a fan of the big eyed, and small mouths and noses anime/manga. So I dont watch much of it or read it. I like Naruto cuz you can tell its anime, but it has a more realistic art to it. Thats why i like it so much. Kishimoto is my fave artist.

Then I was on netflix and saw "anime" and below it this title called "girls bravo"

I was bored, sick, and there was a marathon on Cartoon Network. So I gave it a chance.

EDIT: Thought it was specifically Naruto. I started with Yu-Gi-Oh and Yu Yu Hakusho.

DBZ and other animes I used to watch as a child(pokemon, digimon, yugioh, etc) and recomendation of friends. I started with naruto, I started to like it, so I kept it. This was about 4 or 3 years ago, maybe more. Then, this year, I decided to watch bleach, which I enjoyed.
And now, I think I'm going to watch other animes, such as AoT, maybe FT.

Yea dude I started watching naruto on the cartoon network marathon... Thoe before that i watched a lot of dbz, yugioh; but i didnt consider those anime cuz i didnt know what anime was. Thoe in life you either like something for a while or you love it forever. I kept seeing naruto's powerups and narutos life lessons. I love anime now and im 19.:O
