Sasuke - Low Kage: Since the 5 Kage all either beat him up or nearly killed him.

Juugo - Jonin: His CM/rage attacks are wild but powerful

Suigetsu - Low Jonin: Suigetsu doesn't compare to other Swordsmans of the Mist like Zabuza or Kisame; who were elites/S-rank Jonin.

Karin - Chunin
