Her support capabilities are top notch.
Medical knowledge + prep + intel can work wonders as seen against Sasori.
Lastly, she can fight on her own and has a boss summon.
The only reason i don't consider her higher in rank is because she's yet to show Tsunade's level of regeneration, stamina and base stats.
