Lol Kakashi just needs to suck the person in and that's a gg, be that their whole body or just a head. His oponnents only hope is the excellent usage of body flicker technique, approximately on Shisui's or Minato's level, or another type of space-time ninjutsu. That's, of course, if we talk about OOC mindset. IC Kakashi would probably use kamui when he's on very low chakra and, of course, miss. Oh and yes, the same could be said for Tobi. It's a bit harder for him because he needs to get close though.

You can still evade fatal shots from range because it takes concentration.

There's just ways to avoid it all. People have reverse summoning jutsus or people like Orochimaru has oral rebirth.
Most of these high class shinobis have ways to avoid them, even the likes of Konan played her part fairly well.
Anytime Kakashi and Tobi are using kamui, they don't use kamui to kill most of the times. They use it to defend against powerful attacks that are out of their league.
-Kakashi tried to use his kamui to send the bijuus away
-Uses kamui to send his raikiri knife and bm Naruto into dimensions.
-Uses kamui to transport killer bee
He hardly uses the kamui to kill. Eve Tobi does the same too, he uses intangible kamui to dodge almost all of his attacks and he only uses warp kamui to capture his opponents. Every person he has killed has never been by kamui. Offensively he'll start ejecting ninja tools for ranged attacks but never kamui GG.
So that's what I feel about the whole thing. I don't follow he kamui GG logic. It never killed somebody before.

You can argue that he copied 1,000 jutsu part but I'm saying him relying on Kamui isn't the best thing here.

It can save him for a short while, but if he uses kamui 3-4 times he won't be able to use his ninjutsu to fight.
kakashi who was confirmed to copy 1,000 ninjutsus in prt one knew he stood no chance against Orochimaru.
Lol that was a Kakashi who couldn't keep his Sharingan out for ten minutes without taking a two week vacation to the hospital.. Now we are talking about a guy who can keep his Sharingan activated for days and Mastered MS, with one of the most haxed jutsu in the manga.
You make it sound like Kamui is he all has..

Lol Kakashi always had his sharingan activated. Only Uchihas can deactivate them. The only time he ever fell fatigued to the sharingan is when he was using the Mangekyo ability kamui. That's it.
It's the only haxx jutsu that you have to argue that Kakashi can figth a Sannin. Take that out of the equation and what do you have?
In the first part of my statement, I said 'out'.. Meaning I know it's always active but it saves chakra by keeping it hid.
Lol I guess you forgot about his battle with Zabuza.

Pulling his headband up or down isn't going to make him use more chakra.
Sannins have senjutsu chakra, varies of summonings, and Orochimaru basically has forbidden techniques at the palm of his hand.
Zabuza fight? The only thing that could fatigue Kakashi then was using all of Zabuza's high level suiton technique, besides that the sharingan never fatigued him.
Kakashi said covering his Sharingan saves chakra. He said he over use his Sharingan against Zabuza..
Summonings become a Sharingan user puppet.. Senjutsu!! He'll die against Kakashi if even thinking about going into sage mode.
Orochimaru is nothing without using EDO.

Orochimaru with no arms fought 4 tails naruto to a standstill. What do you mean he's nothing without edo?
