Well, in my opinion, power wise I'd say very low Kage level.

People are not considering his Taijutsu prowess OR the fact that he WILL surpass guy with the Gates...

well since in part 1 saskue copied lees taijutsu and speed with his sharingan i dont think he is very special and he can not surpass gai because gai has the same taijutsu and can use all gatesand he has summons and some ninjutsu but doesnt use it due to he wants lee to know you can be a "splendid" ninja without ninjutsu witch as we all know is bullshit you need it or else you will be fodder

With all five gates open, well very low kage level since I do believe he can overwhelm the likes of high jounin tiered ninjas like Darui, Temari, Kankuro and maybe even low kage tiered ninjas such as Mei.

Weightless Lee is low jounin at best since he does have great speed but I don't see him defeating the likes of Asuma, Kurenai, etc. since he lacks defence against ninjutsu and genjutsu.

Weighted Lee is high chunin level since he can't blitz any jounin level ninjas. At best he can stalemate with Sakura.

I don't care too much about intelligence when we talk about power levels since guys like Naruto, Lee and Choji can overwhelm smarter characters with sheer power alone. Reading the latest chapters proves that overwhelming power>>>>>>>>>>intelligence.

Probably about Jonin level. It's annoying though... Kishi built up Lee's character and power so much in the beggining of Naruto. But in the Shippuden arc, he practically forgot about him and now he's like the loser of the series Lee isn't getting as much credit as he should
