The fact that he was the mastermind behind many of the events gives him high intelligence.

High strength and stammina because of Senju DNA
High Genjutsu because of Sharingan.

Taijutsu is heavily dependent on his use of Kamui, so we really can't say.
His seals are strong enough to contain the 9-tails.

I'd say he's one of the baddest of the bad.

I know it sounds pretty high, but he was able to go against Guy, Cm Naruto, Killer B in a taijutsu fight, and was holding on rather well. Kamui helped a lot too though. But I think his taijutsu is on par with Kakashi's, if not a little greater 1 on 1.

Genjutsu: 4
I know it seems rather low, but it really isn't. His genjutsu feats show him controlling Yagura, which is good. But the sharingan grants the power to control Tailed beast, even the ninetales. Three tails shouldn't be that hard.

Intelligence: 4.5
While being very smart, he also seems rather tempermental now that his mask is off. Most of his plans, have been because of Madara's actual planning.

Strength: 4.5
He was shown at 14 to be able to break boulders. He's pretty physically strong.

Speed: 5
His speed seemed right below Minato's base speed.

Stamina: 5
Natural strong stamina+hashi's cells= very strong. Also, the fact he had 6 biju under his control; even with rinnegan, implies he has a lot of chakra. But I don't think it's even close to Biju level.
