You people must be smoking something bad to even venture that he's anywhere near Kage level now. Without Sharingan, his pre-cog is gone. He was never a speed demon to begin with. His Raikiri will be inaccurate all of the time. The benefits of his sub-par Genjutsu are out of the window, and same is the case with the Copy Ninja feature he abused.

He beats Gaara, Mei, Onoki, and Tsunade? You people must be really high. Like really really high to state this. He's far below current Sakura now. It's time to finally accept it, that Kakashi was never special without Uchiha leftovers. He is low - mid Jounin at most without Sharingan. Low Kage level - what a joke.

Nah, she would punch through all of his attacks as she did with Madara's and 1 hit and Kakashi is dead. He can't use Chidori to it's fullest because he lacks the "eyes" to see and counter and that would leave him dead while Tsuadd heals herself. He can even get near Mei with her boiling mist burning his body and her Lava melting him.

Current Kakashi won't struggle avoiding all tsunades attacks like part 1 kabuto did, hiding like a mole + Raiton clone + finishing by cutting her head off would end tsunade even before she will be able to summon katsuyu.

lava is too slow for kakashi
Suitons will be blocked with doton doriu hekki
Kakashi has experience with how to fight in hidden mist, he is superior in taijutsu even without sharingan.
Making different type of clones and many of them give kakashi a very big advantage.

Lightning running beast technique, lightning shadow clone, Raiden chain, lightning kunai and raikiri block can be still be used without the sharingan even the normal raikiri can be used but with the risk not to see the counter, so kakashi won't use it for fast stabs just for block or infusing into a weapon.

With his superior intelligence and now more chakra provided he will still be able to form deadly strategies.
