My guess is that he's dying this arc. That it getting a different power up. I know he's kishi a favorite character so I know he's not gonna leave kakashi a fodder. It would be nice to see someone different get a power up for a change

He was jounin before the Sharingan and is after. Jounins are not fodders, chunin and down are, jounins are the elites.

It doesn't matter if she has the regenaration, she's not fast enough to escape Kamui so she loses
