admiral lvl. hes underrated. his subordinates are stronger than VA's.... pica / vergo / law(ex) / diamante etc.

However i would say in between the VA and Admiral gap


he landed a hit on luffy, however luffy was protecting you know who and was caught out

Pretty sure luffy could beat this guy, and thats another reason why i wont say admiral level, unless luffy really levels up here

I think he would have given Ao Kiji a run for his money. He's clearly above Jozu who managed to harm Ao Kiji somewhat.

Strong enough to make the admirals put up some effort, not saying he is admiral level. I'd put him above vice admiral, though.

not to mentioned he survived aokiji's attack head on... and he uses arnament haki to luffy's jet pistol (which everytime he uses it, sh*t happens but this guy he preety much took) again. head on. didnt even hurted him at all... just because of that, ill rank him to near admiral level...
