I want to learn different and beautiful languages for travel reasons, and I'm getting tired of life in USA so I may move to Europe someday. Ive always had an obsession for the medieval Europe.

Italian is easier than french, idk which is more useful to you. Italy has a lot Medieval art and monuments, and France too. If you learn a latin language like italian you can learn or understand easier other latin languages.

Also, german can be easy and useful for you.
